you would email them and become friends.
By "friends" I mean actually friends.
Mutually interested in each other's website.
Hey, you might even throw your new friend's link on your site to show your appreciation.
You might offer to help them on something or they might lend a hand for one of your projects.
Not today, though.
Clicking a "like" button is all you get.
